You’re taste buds will be begging you for more once you try Red Front Pizza of Clifton Park!

It was Friday night, and my family and I were in the mood for some pizza and wings. When it comes to pizza, we are pretty picky. I love our dad’s homemade pizza, but it is hard to find a place near us that serves delicious pizza that is up to our standards. Fortunately, a friend suggested that we try Red Front Pizza. We looked into it, and in 2017, they ranked 5th in the best pizza in the Capital Region, so we decided to give it a try.

Red Front Pizza was first based in Troy, NY. However, a few years ago, Red Front Pizza of Clifton Park opened up, located off of Route 9. There have been several different reviews and ratings of Red Front Pizza, including a review by Barstool Sports.

Placing our order was a challenge. Every time we called, the phone line was busy! Finally, we got through, and we were put on hold for about two minutes. Once we were able to order, the process was easy. We simply told them what we wanted to order, what time we wanted to pick it up, and what car we were driving so they could bring it to our car.

When we pulled up to the restaurant, we had to call them to let them know we were here. The hostess came out and took our form of payment, since we had a gift card and couldn’t pay over the phone. Then, they came back out and placed our pizza and wings in the back seat, and we were all set!

The wings were flavorful and juicy. We ordered 10 honey mustard wings and 10 Memphis Gold, and I couldn’t tell you what flavor I liked more! They both had a sweet and savory flavor. The chicken was very tender,.

The pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had. We ordered a 24 cut, half mushroom and half pepperoni pizza. The crust wasn’t too crunchy, but at the same time it wasn’t too chewy either. The pepperoni was crispy, which is exactly how I like it on my pizza. The sauce was sweeter than normal tomato sauce, which was my favorite part! It was so flavorful that I didn’t need to add any garlic salt or ranch to it. Overall, I was impressed, and I will definitely be ordering from Red Front Pizza again.
